Telconsult, Inc. (“we,” “us”) operates WCAGScan. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our scanning service and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a scan, we collect the website URL you submit and the email address you provide so we can deliver your report. We do not require an account or collect payment information for a free scan.
Email verification
We send a verification link to the email you provide before any scan begins. This confirms you have permission to receive reports at that address and helps prevent abuse of the service.
How we use your information
Your email is used only to deliver your accessibility report and related service communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Scan data
Scanned page content and generated reports are retained to let you access past results and are handled with the same security practices Telconsult applies to its enterprise software.
Third-party services
We use a small number of service providers to run WCAGScan. Each receives only the information it needs for its task:
- Cloudflare — delivers and protects this website, runs the Turnstile bot check on the scan form, and provides privacy-focused, cookie-free visit statistics (page views, referring site, browser type). These statistics do not identify you and are not used for advertising.
- Stripe — processes payments on Stripe’s own secure checkout pages. We never see or store your full card number.
- Brevo — delivers our emails, such as verification links, sign-in links, and report notifications.
- Anthropic — powers the AI fix suggestions in scan reports. To generate them, we send Anthropic short excerpts of the public pages we scanned (for example an element’s HTML, page titles, headings, link text, and image alt text) together with the accessibility issue found. We do not send your email address, account details, passwords, or anything from behind a login. Anthropic processes this data under its commercial API terms, which do not permit using it to train its models.
- Fonts — the fonts on this site are served from our own server. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font provider when you visit WCAGScan.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
