These terms govern your use of WCAGScan, a service provided by Telconsult, Inc. By submitting a URL for scanning, you agree to the terms below.
Use of the service
You may only submit websites you own or have authorization to scan. WCAGScan crawls publicly accessible pages and any linked PDF, DOCX, and PPTX files up to your plan’s limits.
Report accuracy
Automated scanning identifies a substantial range of WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 success criteria issues but cannot guarantee full legal compliance. Reports are a tool to guide remediation, not a substitute for manual accessibility review or legal advice.
Payment & refunds
Paid scans are billed per report at the time of purchase. If a scan fails to complete due to an error on our end, we will re-run it or issue a refund.
Limitation of liability
Telconsult, Inc. provides WCAGScan “as is” and is not liable for damages arising from reliance on scan results, including claims related to accessibility compliance.
